Data we process

When you create an account, you provide details such as your name, email address and phone number for contact. LagHub stores subscription details, selected games, saved configurations, device and slot bindings, and operation history. Operational connection and error logs may be retained to run and protect the service.

When you use LagHub Bridge, it receives the configuration you want to send, the device identifier, slot number and status, and the result of writing or erasing. It returns the result to the LagHub page. The extension does not read your browsing history or unrelated websites.

How we use data

We use this data for sign-in, checking eligibility to use the service, carrying out requested device operations, saving configurations and slot history, providing support, and protecting accounts. We send necessary account and verification messages. If you explicitly opt in, we use your email to send LagHub news and offers. You can unsubscribe from your account or the link in every promotional email. We do not sell user data or use it for personalized advertising.

Related services

Hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate LagHub. You may choose Google sign-in. The extension connects to Zen Studio Live to operate the device engine. If payments are enabled and used, necessary order data is sent to the payment provider; the extension does not receive your card details.

Retention, security and your rights

We keep necessary data while the account and service operate, or as needed for security and related obligations. We use HTTPS and access controls. You can request access, correction or deletion of eligible data by contacting us. Some operational or financial records may need to be retained where an obligation applies.
